(b) These values include the 2024 membership fees for those who want to become SPQ member
(c) A copy of student's card, scholarship contract or similar, must be provided at the respective personal Registration Area.

(d) The conference dinner can also be booked individually (separate invoice: Regular + Dinner) until May 10 (value of 50€). Also available for accompanying persons.

A pro forma document can be download at your personal area but first some details must be filled in.

Add a billing address (Billing and Payment icon/menu)
After filling in and confirming the billing address, an orange button (Proforma ) will appear where you can download the document.
Cancellation and Refund
For any cancellation received until April 15, 2024, less an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee (in EUR)
For any cancellation received after April 15, 2024, no refund will be made
All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant
Any request for refund must be addressed to secretariado@spq.pt
Refunds will be handled after the Conference
If no abstract has been submitted or the fee paid, the registration can be conveniently cancelled in the personal area.
